Performance Evaluation Forms
The time has come to evaluate executive, professional/administrative, and staff employees' performance for the year. January, February, and March of each year have been designated as Performance Evaluation Management months for the periods of January through December of the prior year. The Annual Performance Evaluation Forms are due to the Human Resources Office by March 30th.
Faculty performance evaluations will be conducted in April for the prior spring and fall semesters.
